As part of their ongoing quality checks they have found that the above 'Travels' worldwide adaptors do not meet their high quality expectations.

The adaptors come with multiple sets of plug pins and it is possible to expose more than one set at a time.

When plugged in, these additional pins can potentially allow access to hazardous voltages.

They are concerned that there is a slight risk of electrocution so have taken a decision to recall this model.

They are pleased to say that no one has been hurt.

If you own one of these worldwide travel adaptors, disconnect it from the mains supply and stop using it. Bring back the adaptor to your nearest store and they will give you your money back.

You don't need the packaging or the receipt.

It goes without saying ASDA are very sorry indeed.
