Kids Line night light bulbs
Despite our rigorous quality control procedures we have cause for concern in regard to a limited number of night light bulbs. The bulbs in question may shatter when first turned on.
Item of concern:
All 7watt screw in night light bulbs issued with Kids Line night light products
U1250NL, U1800NL, U4001NL, U4202NL, U4400NL, U4807NL, U4809NL, U5005NL, U5007NL,
U5205NL, U5701NL, U5900NL, U8005NL, U8506NL, USTARPNL, USTARBNL, USTARYNL,
purchased since January 2008.
What to do if you have
an item of concern:
Remove the night light product from the electrical outlet, then remove bulb
from the night light and destroy the bulb.
