Marks & Spencer has discovered that in a number of casses this vase is not up to normal quality standards and could break when handled, which may cause an injury. As soon as they discovered this they took it off sale and are asking any customers who have bought the vase or received it as a gift, to return it as soon as possible to their nearest store.

To avoid the chance of breakage and possible injury when returning it, please take extra care and ensure the vase is securely packaged.

If you have the vase matching the code above, please return it immediately to any M&S store (excluding Simply Foods and Outlets) where they will give you a full refund.
