If you have purchased one of these bicycles since May 2006, They ask that you immediately discontinue riding or using this bicycle in any way, and that you please return it immediately to your nearest JJB Sports bike dept. (please see their website, www.jjbsports.com to identify the store nearest to you).
The returned product can either be exchanged for a bike of equivalent value, or for a full refund.
